ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Calliopi Toufidou, a native of Zakynthos, Greece, has always been interested in the Greek culture and traditions. She has studied Sociology in West London College, UK. She has worked for the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and has made presentations at Universities and Institutions. She is the author of FROM THE PALATE TO THE SPIRIT. She is an active member of The Hellenic Writers' Group of Washington DC.
She lives in Maryland.
